Koreatown BBQ: A Complete Guide to K-Town's Best Grills

Koreatown is home to some of the best Korean BBQ outside of Seoul. Whether you're looking for AYCE (all-you-can-eat) or a la carte premium cuts, K-Town has something for every budget.

Premium Experience: Park's BBQ

Park's is the gold standard. The banchan selection is extensive and refilled promptly. Their prime short rib (galbi) is marinated for 48 hours and melts in your mouth. Expect to spend $50-70 per person, but it's worth every dollar.

Best AYCE: Hae Jang Chon

At around $30 per person, Hae Jang Chon offers exceptional value. The kimchi pancake cooked on the grill edge is a nice touch, and the meat quality far exceeds what you'd expect at this price point. The spicy pork belly is a standout.

Late Night: Kang Ho-dong Baekjeong

Open until midnight, this chain from Korea serves excellent meat in a lively, casual setting. The egg ring around the grill and the attentive cooking from the staff make this a great group spot. Their pork jowl is fantastic.
